Me

Abby Waldman

I am a graduate of the British School of Osteopathy, where I completed the four-year full-time Bachelor of Osteopathy (B.Ost.) degree. I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the British Osteopathic Association.

I have received specialist sports massage training and also offer integrated massage, which is both complementary to osteopathy and a valuable therapy in itself.

My own introduction to osteopathy came about ten years ago when, after many years of putting up with back pain, I decided that I simply had to try to change my situation. My osteopath really helped me to transform my life, and my belief in the importance of a holistic approach to health started there. Indeed, I was so impressed that when I decided to change my career I decided to train as an osteopath.

For me osteopathy is a total approach to health that works well in conjunction with other therapies such as homeopathy, naturopathy and acupuncture.
